Football Club Chikhura Sachkhere is a Georgian football club based in Sachkhere. They play in the Umaglesi Liga. The name Chikhura derives from the name of a river in Sachkhere.Their home is the 2,000-seat "Central stadium", where they have played since their establishment but for Europa League they play at 27,223-seat Mikheil Meskhi Stadium which is located 130 km. from their home in capital Tbilisi, the stadium also hosting 2015 UEFA Super Cup . In 2013 the club achieved the greatest success in its history when they played in the Georgian Cup final against FC Dinamo Tbilisi and lost 3-1 but qualified for the 2013–14 UEFA Europa League 1st qualifying round.
